Opus cards let you buy prepaid travel passes that allow you to use all the public transport in Montreal for a single price. These are available in three different packs of $3, $19, and $26.

The pass can be loaded with as many city tours as your heart desires! If it's something that will be fun to spend a whole weekend in Montreal, get en route to the city in just one day and use the bus or metro again for another day. It will cost just $8 to buy a 31-ride transit pass.

Montreal has several highway connections with other areas in Quebec, as well as other Canadian provinces. If you've never been to Canada before, driving through Ontario is the easiest way for you to reach Montreal.

Those coming directly from other provinces can use Highway 4 to get to Montreal, and from there, you can drive to the city of Quebec City! Highways 15 and 17 lead north-southand along the main lines of the Transcanadiens and other major highways.
