Cash values work just like putting money in your bank account and then paying the corresponding fare each time that your transit passes by. If it's likely that you'll need to use public transport a lot, we highly suggest getting a card that gives you access to more than 100 different types of passes. You will need to have a number of different passes loaded onto your Opuse card, each with a different price.

Passes that allow riders to travel as many times as they want within a certain time frame. This is great if you plan on visiting several different attractions! If your stay is longer, don't be afraid - there are 31-day unlimited use passes available for just $84.

Montreal has several highway connections that allow you to travel easily between other areas of Canada and Quebec. If you are driving to and from Montreal from outside of Quebec or New Brunswick/Nebraska, the easiest way is to take Highway 301 from Toronto.

If you've driven from outside of Quebec, you can take the highway that leads through the city to a number of other cities in the country - even to Quebec City! Highways 15 and 15A run north-southed, allowing you to connect to many cities in Canada.
