There is plenty of cheap accommodation in the city, depending on the kind of trip you want to take. There is also plenty to choose from for vacationers who want to relax and have a lot of fun. Some of these hotels offer everything that you would want, such as roomservice, spas, and pools. But hotels in these areas can get very pricey quickly. There may be an Airbnb or a vacation rental that offers you essentially the same services at fewer prices. These places are often located in Montreal's beautiful historic downtown, where there are many interesting things for visitors to enjoy. How do I get from one place to another?

Opus cards are really nice and you pay for them with money or with points.

Cash values work just like reloadable debit cards - just put some money in the slot on the back of your bus ticket and start riding. If it's likely that you will use public transport a lot, we suggest getting a smart card that charges you a fixed amount for each kilometer of travel. You will need to pay for a day of unlimited rides to get around Montreal. These cards are prepaid and you pay with cash or cards that are prepaid.

Passes that allow riders to travel as many times as they want within a certain time frame. This is great if you plan on visiting several different attractions! If it's going to be a while, don't be worried because Opus is offering 31-day unlimited use passes for only $84!

Montreal has several highway connections with other areas in Quebec, as well as other Canadian provinces. It's best to drive from Quebec or New Brunswick to Mont-Royal by taking the 401 to York (or the 20 to Saint John).

If you've driven from outside Quebec, you can take Highway 41 to travel to Montreal from other provinces. It will also connect you to the capital city of Quebec, Montreal! Highways 15 and 17 lead north-southand along the main lines of the Transcanadiens and other major highways.
